US Cannabis Sales Approach $18 Billion, Up 67% from 2019

Total US cannabis sales reached $17.9 billion in 2020. A whopping $7.2 billion or 67% increase over 2019. The main driver of this growth, according to Leafly, was a 25% to 40% increase in the average purchase. Covid-19 was not mentioned but it almost certainly had an impact on these numbers.
