Take a scenic drive into the hills to Nine Mile, the birthplace of Bob Marley. Learn about Marley’s life and legacy, experience the surrounding community and Rastafari culture, then stop for a local lunch before returning to Ocho Rios.
Start the day at Dunn’s River Falls, one of Jamaica’s best-known natural attractions. After working up an appetite, head to Scotchies for jerk chicken, pork or fish, then spend the afternoon relaxing on the beach or shopping in Ocho Rios.
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast overlooking the water, a final swim and a little last-minute shopping for souvenirs and Jamaican treats. Then settle in for the comfortable ride back to the airport. Take home the memories—but never the ganja.
